Exchanges
Exchange Policy: Arctic Malas accepts exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The necklace must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged. If the product is returned and does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a more expensive item, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a less expensive item, the difference in price will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Arctic Malas. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will ship the new product to the customer at no additional cost. Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
