If the product is returned and does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a more expensive item, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a less expensive item, the difference in price will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Arctic Malas.
